You have filed to register your brand new startup. Now what? Learn about agreements that well-managed startups need, such as Articles of Incorporation, Operating Agreement, Shareholder Agreement and other.  Workshop will be followed by Legal Office Hours, 1-1 meetings with an attorney to answer your individual questions.
