The November meeting of the Annapolis Chapter of the Maryland Society of Professional Engineers will be devoted to a discussion of the implementation of 'Smart Meters' for individual home owners.
Two BG&E engineers will visit and discuss the technical, financial and societal considerations due to this change in meter reading.
