Join the Maryland Clean Energy Center (MCEC) for an overview of the re-opening Climate Catalytic Capital (C3) Fund and the upcoming application round opening May 13, 2026. This session is designed to help partners navigate the available financing tools and prepare high-impact submissions.
The C3 Fund is engineered to catalyze clean energy growth across the state through three targeted financing windows:
-Catalytic Bridge Facility: Short-term project financing
-Line of Credit for Energy Developers: Revolving working capital
-Project Feasibility Grant: Early-stage predevelopment work
All funding windows prioritize projects that deliver measurable economic and environmental benefits to low- and moderate-income (LMI) communities in Maryland.
What We Will Cover:
-Program Eligibility
-The Application Process and Timeline
-Required Documentation
-Review Expectations
-Live Q&A
Who Should Attend: Maryland-based and Maryland-serving developers, nonprofits, community-based organizations, municipalities, housing authorities, school districts, and other entities considering an application to the C3 Fund.
